I am a qualified counsellor, registered with the New Zealand Association of Counsellors.

I have a PhD from the School of Psychology and Wellbeing at the University of Southern Queensland, Australia.

I provide talk therapy and EMDR therapy for adults and adolescents.

I utilise play therapy and EMDR with children.

Talk therapy, EMDR therapy, and clinical supervision are available in person or via video conferencing.

Play therapy is only available in person from Waimauku, Auckland.
